Refund Policy
In order to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:
- The item is returned in its original condition and unworn with the tag still attached.
- The item has absolutely no fragrance smell, marks or stains.
- The item is returned within 30 days from delivery date.
If your item is returned later than 30 days, it will not be accepted and it will be sent back. We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty upon receipt.
How to return your item(s):
1. Email shopdashifye@gmail.com and explain your reason for your return.
2. Mail merchandise to: Dashifye, P.O. Box 821, Morrow, GA 30260.
3. Wait for the email confirmation regarding the status.
